Getting in. Creator accounts are reviewed before they open. After you finish the onboarding questionnaire you may see an “under review” screen — that is expected, and you’ll get an email when you’re approved.
Applying. Browse live campaigns, open one to read the brief and the rate, and apply. The brand accepts or declines; you are not in the campaign until they accept. Applications expire if a brand doesn’t act on them.
Submitting. Post the video from your own social account, then submit the link. We check it against the brief’s required elements.
Views and earnings. Views are read from your connected account’s own analytics — never from screenshots — and refresh on a schedule rather than instantly, so a brand-new post can show zero views for a while. You earn your campaign’s rate per thousand verified views, and the brand’s budget for that campaign is already held as reserved campaign funds before you were accepted.
Getting paid. A submission is reviewed by the brand; after the review window it is approved and a payout is created, then held briefly before it clears. You withdraw to your own account through our payment provider’s portal. If a withdrawal appears stuck, do not retry it — email support and we’ll reconcile it. Your balance is safe.
