Your plan sets the fee
The platform fee is added on top when you fund your wallet, at your plan's rate — 20% on Starter down to 10% on Scale. Card processing (2.7% + $0.30) is grossed up so the processor's cut never eats into your reach.
Creators get paid per view
The campaign balance releases against verified views only. Unspent budget stays yours — end a campaign and the remainder returns to your reusable wallet.

Two things: a monthly plan, and a percentage on the money you put into your wallet. The plan sets that percentage — Starter is $69/mo at 20%, Growth is $249/mo at 15%, Scale is $999/mo at 10%. Above roughly $15,000 a month in campaign spend, the lower rate on Scale saves more than the higher subscription costs. Without a plan you can't launch new campaigns and deposits are charged at 25%.
They keep running to completion and creators keep getting paid. Budget you've funded is held as reserved campaign funds and belongs to that campaign — cancelling only stops your plan renewing and blocks new launches. Unspent budget still returns to your wallet when the campaign ends.
No. Creators join free, can apply to 10 campaigns a day, and are paid per verified view from budgets brands fund up front. There is nothing to buy before earning.
No. Your balance is always exactly what you earned. Fee-free scheduled ACH is available to every eligible creator, and optional on-demand withdrawals show every fee (5% to Metaswap) before you confirm.
